Returns & Exchanges

If you find that your Crowflower goods don’t fit, aren’t what you were expecting, or you need a different size or color, please follow the instructions below and we will be happy to process your request.

Returns and exchanges typically take 1–2 weeks once we receive the item(s).

Return Policy

• To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in original condition.
• Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.
• Item(s) must be returned in original packaging, or at least a comparable box sufficient not to damage the item(s) during return shipping.
• This return & exchange policy is good for 30 days after receiving your order.
• International orders must cover return shipping to be eligible for a return.

2. Send us a note with your order number and what you’d like to do.
3. Wait for the request to be processed and approved.
4. Print the return shipping label and send the item(s) back in a secure package.
